I was scared to try somewhere new, but gave it a chance and loved it! Lena did a great job on my brows and I will be back.

Go to Samar… she is the shops manager and knows what she is doing. Lucky to have found this place after moving here from Hawaii.

For the longest I had been waxing my eyebrows, but decided to try threading after hearing good things, I am glad this is the place I decided to try, I have become a regular, the woman that does my eyebrows is truly the best –Gulnaz (hope I am spelling her name correctly) she is not only very friendly, but she is great at what she does ! If you visit this location make sure to ask for her, she is my eyebrow wiz !:)

I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows except the people of this location. They do such a great job and remember me eveytime I go. I also get my hennas done there and I’ve never had any complaints

I finally found my eyebrow threading place in the Dallas/​greater Dallas area! I’m from California and have been missing my regular person back home, but now I will be going for Nada AL Marsed at this location for my eyebrow threading needs. I like my eyebrows thick and curvy so I have had a hard time finding someone since I moved. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, we chit chatted during the service in a friendly manner, and she was very sweet about my opinions. I recommend her at this place!

I enjoyed my first experience and will be back. The pricing was fair. The parking was a bit difficult as they had a few spots sectioned off for construction or an event of some sort. Also, there was definitely some weirdness happening between the two girls there. The older lady seemed to be cheating the other one out of walk ins by forcing the younger girl to ring up all the customers. Apparently they should be completing their own cash outs.
Either one, like I said. Pleased with the service… I still had two eyebrows… and I will definitely be back.

Happy with my brows. I asked her not to take off too much and keep them as thick as she could while cleaning them up. She did exactly that. However, customer service could be better. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted by the front desk girl. She just sat there. I felt awkward and didn’t know if I was just supposed to sit down or put my name down bc there were a few other people there. I just seated myself. Also, there wasn’t much conversation with the threading lady either. Very awkwardly quiet.

My daughters and I have been here a few times but I think we’ll start trying different places. You walk in and all anyone says is wait over there. The last time I went I got a young girl who did my eyebrows and she spent most of her time talking to the girl at the front desk about pictures on her phone. And I read a couple of the other reviews. You get points every time you come there??? No one ever told me that. I usually wait about 8 mins for them to ring up a simple eyebrow string so no one could mention the points during that time? Someone needs to teach them customer service.

The ladies here are very sweet and will make sure your eyebrows are perfect. They wear gloves and are very sanitary (unlike most eyebrow salons.). Every time you pay the front desk employee asks you for your name and phone number to make sure you get the points. And every so often when you have enough points you will get your eyebrows done for free!

First impression — nice décor but it was really awkward because nobody greeted me and no music was playing, so I felt like the other customers and I were just in an awkward room
Went to get my eyebrows done, and the woman who did mine (I forgot her name, forgive me) did it so perfectly! She took her time with my eyebrows so I felt very secure with them being in her hands (yall know eyebrows are a very big deal!)
She was also very sweet and made conversation with me. I enjoyed my experience here.

I had redeemed a groupon for Just StringZ at their location in Frisco at the Stonebriar Mall. Honestly, I was disappointed. My skin is too sensitive for waxing and I am too impatient for plucking myself so I was really hoping threading would solve all my problems. I didn’t completely FALL IN LOVE with threading until I visited this location in Garland! I will never go anywhere else! She cleaned up the strays, of course, but also understood that I like a very particular shape to my arch and to the tail end of my eyebrow. She perfected it. Also, come to find out, the lady who had been waxing my brows for a while was taking off way too much of where my brows meet the bridge of my nose. After going to this Just StringZ in Firewheel for a while now, they’ve filled out and are probably one of my favorite attributes! Definitely recommend! My boyfriend even goes with me and loves it!

This review is based on customer service as offered by Samar, the store manager of this location. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 15 years. When this place opened up in Garland it was heaven-​sent because then I didn’t have to drive to Plano or Richardson to get my eyebrows threaded. Everything was good for a while, I tried out different threaders, and Gulnaz is by far my absolute favorite employee there. She’s always consistent, very tentative, and above all else POLITE.
Samar, however, is not. She’s always seen smoking cigarettes outside the store front. When she comes back in and threads my eyebrows, she reeks of cigarette smoke, and I’m stuck because she has to be leaning over my face to be doing her job. She’s also not consistent or even about my eyebrows, which clearly, I don’t appreciate. If she’s the only available threader, I usually wait to see Gulnaz or someone else. If I decide I don’t want to use her, she gives me attitude. Um, excuse me? If I prefer someone who does my eyebrows CORRECTLY, I’m going to wait. Afterall, I’m paying for this service.
Recently, my mom went to visit this salon and also asked to wait for Gulnaz. Samar gave her attitude and talked about how she was the manager. When my mom was done with her service and was paying, Samar gets up from the waiting area and turns to her and says, «You! You! Come here.» And continues to berate my mother for not using her services. When my mom explained to her that she doesn’t appreciate her attitude and that she’s a paying customer, Samar LITERALLY CHASED HER OUR OF THE STORE and started screaming obscenities down the street. She even called her a «b*tch» several times.
What kind of manager is this? What kind of customer service is this? My parents have recently moved out of Garland and into Far North Dallas. We drive all the way from Dallas to Garland for Just Stringz services, but after this most recent experience, guess I need to find a new place. I’m not paying to be treated like crap as a paying customer.
