The lady was in a very shitty mood i am terrified of needles so i started crying and she took the needle and i told her to give me a second and she had 5 people hold me down she also blew my vain, when she was done she told my mom that she should be embarrassed of me because I’m 14 years old and she said she had 3 year olds act better that me which i doubt wouldnt reccomend this place to my worst enemy if i could give it 0 stars i would

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I walked in very respectful in a good mood. the lady in the front with some horrible dark eyebrows tells me «what do you need?» I respond in a respectful way still, even though her attitude was horrible, I told her what I needed. she told me I needed a doctors paper for it. I did have the paper from the doctor but in a email. I was going to ask her if I could use that & she did not let me speak. she just kept saying no & no. there was a black lady next to her, & as soonest I said «I have an email» she started laughing. in a mocking way! I had never been there so, I had no idea how it worked. they both just started laughing & acted like if I was crazy asking for something else. HORRIBLE!!! patient service. Both very ghetto. Never again. One star because I can’t give none.
