This company does not honor their warranties after they complete admittedly shoddy work. After being asked to honor their warranty, the owner informed us he agreed to temporarily repair the foundation for a previous owner who asked for a quick, cheap repair. He gave multiple reasons why he couldn’t honor the warranty and repair his mess. He finally complied to repair some as long as we paid for the rest. He set a date for repairs and then refused to show up based on a new set of excuses. After extensive back-​and-​forth communication, he finally admitted he was not going to honor anything.
