I took my daughter and grandson here because it was getting late and the baby needed to eat(he’ll be 2 in 5 days). We placed our order 3 times FACE-TO-FACE. Nobody we spoke to understood us when we asked for 3, not 1 McDouble cheeseburger. 2 window operators and the manager had to be shown the 1 they gave us and then we still were not sure the way they threw their hands into the air and jabbered what we were sure to be a curse. The cheeseburgers were decent for a cold hamburger(not as good as most Mickey D’s), but the fries were RECOOKED and after the mess to try to take care of them, I just choked it down. That’s right, the French Fries were hard and dark and barely warm. I don’t know how many times they cooked them, but they were nasty. My daughter took them back in because 1. they were nasty &2. the 2 year old would have choked on them!(Choking concerns were the whole reason we got the fries and not the apples). When she came back out the«NEW» batch was just as bad, except hot! My daughter apologized for the wait and said that she had to try to explain the problem to them, but none of the workers seemed to understand. There was a language barrier that I believe led to this problem. This could be the reason the food was so bad, and the parking lot was empty. No customers=no sells, so recook what you do to sell it… SAD– this used to be a good place to stop for a quick bite while shopping.
