I had a root canal done a couple of years ago at an inferior dentist that has been nothing but trouble since the get-​go. I switched dentists and was recommended to see Dr. Dees for such a complicated order. Upon walking in, her staff is very friendly and the facility itself is state-​of-​the-​art. Dr. Dees has great business conduct and is professional and efficient in her job. My dentist said, «if Dees can’t do this, nobody can.» With such a high bar set before I even walked in the door, Dr. Dees exceeded my expectations. Even though I HAVE to go back to another session on my tooth, I’m very much looking forward to it as this has been the best root canal experience of my life. Two thumbs up, Dr. Dees!

Dr Dees and her staff were awesome! I don’t know what else they could have done to make my procedure more comfortable. Dr. Dees took the time to fully explain everything and extra time to make sure that I felt no pain. All the staff were very professional and friendly and called me multiple times to check on me after me appointment.

Dr. Dee was amazing. She and her staff got me in, back, and done before I knew what happened. Highly recommend her for a root canal.

We have been patients at this clinic for about a year now, and I’ve come to realize that they’re extremely UNPROFESSIONAL here. As someone who is going to be a future doctor, they’re the type of clinic that I absolutely don’t want to become.
My mom was the first appointment for that day, and they brought us into the room pretty quickly. However, we just sat there waiting and waiting. There were 3 other patients waiting in the other rooms as well. After waiting an hour, I realized that the dentist hadn’t even showed up yet. After an hour and fifteen minutes, she finally showed up.
Yet, when she showed up, she didn’t even apologize for her tardiness. Instead, she stated that it was raining outside and assumed that no one would show up. That’s probably one of the most unprofessional things I’ve ever heard from a healthcare professional. Her appointments are very pricey, and we pay for her time. Yet, she doesn’t even care to show up.
After the appointment was over, I spoke with the office manager and informed her that she should schedule us an appointment when the dentist will actually be there. The office manager actually looked bewildered that I even brought the tardiness up. She also didn’t apologize.
For future reference, I believe that the entire office, dentist and staff, should undergo training for better patient care, because it obviously seems like the patient doesn’t come first at this office.

I’m seeing a few bad reviews here so I had to post and say «This was the BEST root canal experience of my life!» and I’ve had 9 (yes, I know!). I thought Dr Dees was absolutely amazing, expeditious, communicated well with superior bedside manner. I’ve had some inferior endontists… but this was especially superior. I can’t recommend Mesquite Endodontics enough!

They got me in right on time. I was taken care of like being at a 5 star hotel. Blanket and all. My tooth feels perfect that Dr. Dees repaired. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this office. Thanks again for the great work. billy Boydston

Patients beware! This office will do a fine job of fixing your teeth, but will not fail to rip you off! I had their team of unprofessional office staff pre-​approve my dental benefits before my treatment prior to the service. We also confirmed my portion of the payment just prior to the treatment. 4 months later I get a harrassing call from their very rude office manager demanding that I pay them more than double what had already been agreed upon. Do not sign their paperwork! It’s all in fine print that they have the right to collect anything insurance doesn’t cover — which they will tell you will be covered to get you in the door. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in dealing with a dentist and felt it was necessary to warn anyone even thinking about having treatment at this office. I can’t believe that these type of scam artists are still in business. I tried resolving the issue with them, but they will not budge and have threatened to send me to a collection agency. Another thing in the FINE print that you rush you to sign before treatment states that they have the right to charge you an upsurd finance charge that begins from the start of the treatment. This office is a disgrace to the profession of dentistry.
