OTS cleaned my carpets a couple of weeks ago, and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! I have 5 dogs, and you would NEVER know it now when you walk into my house!!! Alvaro will be coming back to clean my carpets semi-​annually!

We have used Roy’s company for about 15 years. I would never even consider using anyone else. There hasn’t been a stain they can’t get out. Very friendly and patient. I recommend them vey highly. Ask for Arnelo.

We recently bought a house and needed to have the floors cleaned so we called on Roy to come take care of our carpets and tile.
They cleaned and resealed the tile beautifully even removing the bottom oven drawer to get underneath and clean under the oven. That really impressed me that they would take that much consideration into the details.
They also did a beautiful job on the existing carpets which have seen better days. For what they had to work with, they were able to get out several stains and a multitude of spots making the carpets look as best as they could.
Every phone conversation I have had with this company has been warm and friendly; great customer service! Roy took the time to answer all my questions and made sure we were satisfied with the results. We plan to keep On The Spot Carpet Cleaning’s number handy and use them for future cleanings. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable local floor cleaning company.
