I used to enjoy shopping and selling at this location. Unfortunately, some members of the staff are less than professional and lack customer service skills. During my last visit I noticed toys and clothes on the floor of almost every aisle, even though there were six employees standing behind the counter with little to do. When I went to sell items, I noticed that the young lady did not even examine the majority of them; a few items were skimmed over very carelessly. Overall, my last experience at this store has left me looking to do business elsewhere.

Nice clean store with a wide variety of children’s clothing, toys and lots of baby furniture. I encountered two rude employees during my visit to this store. There was absolutely no reason for either of them to act like they were so put out to help a customer. Overall, not impressed.
Employees were also extremely demanding about me returning to pick up clothes I was selling to them at a very particular time! When I previously sold clothing to the store in Mesquite, they were much more relaxed and easy going. I will not return to the Garland location.
