Ostioneria 7 Mares

I was really wanting some decent seafood and my heart was set on the boiling crab, but they don’t open until 3 on the weekdays. I had seen 7 mares location before and their excellent lunch special sign drew me inside.
They have an assortment of dishes to choose off the lunch menu and all for a really good price. Texmex specials are about 6 bucks and seafood goes up to 750.
Before I ordered they brought me chips and salsa, which the salsa is really good! Lots of onions and cilantro how it should be made. And to my surprise they give you a cup of some badass charro beans.
I ordered the grilled shrimp, salad and Spanish rice. The 7 shrimps were great for the price. The rice was better than most and well a salad is a salad.

Great restaurant. Oysters are wonderful, the staff is friendly.
