Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

No stars is best for this joint. They dont have chicken ready. Dark meat only, 2^nd time in a row, they dont have white meat.

Rude service lady at drive up & horrible tasting popcorn shrimp & kids meal! Even their drinks are bad sprite tasted like carbonated soda & tea like water!

Great food, erratic service. The phone number to call to get help with your issue goes to a fax line.

First, I’ll just say that as big fried chicken chains go, Popeyes is my favorite. However, this is hands down the worst location I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude and consistently screw up my order. To make things worse, when I ask them to correct it, I get nothing but attitude. I still love Popeyes chicken, but I’m done with this location.

Picked up dinner here tonight through the drive thru… Get home open up the bag the lid to the gravy was all busted… Bc they thought it was a good idea to put a larger container of Cole slaw on top of a small container of gravy… also I had Repeated my order To the lady atleast 10 times… But still my order was wrong oh and to top everything off the order of Cole slaw was spoiled… It smelled so bad… I don’t know how they thought it was OK to serve spoiled food I had to give one star to comment… But they deserve no stars…

THIS IS THE WORST POPEYE’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The girl working the counter was mumbling so much I couldn’t understand her. I had to ask her to repeat herself. I had to repeat my order twice because she couldn’t understand me. She told me they were ‘out of macaroni and cheese’! How does that happen?! The chicken was ok. I had a take-​out order so I did not get a good look at the dining area. There were no bugs in our food, but I wish I’d read the other reviews before I went there.

I should have paid attention to the other reviews. This store is HORRIBLE! We were there on ⁰²⁄₁₇ at about 8pm. The girl working the counter was mumbling so much we couldn’t understand her. We had to ask her to repeat herself several times. We had to repeat our order several times because she couldn’t understand us. She told us they were ‘out of small cole slaw’. Uh… how could that be? They are not pre-​packaged! They just scoop it up and put it into the containers. She consulted with someone else who said yeah they had it. Whatever. We had ordered for there and we stood waiting for our drinks. We finally had to ask her for them. When we got them we stepped around to the dining room to find it FILTHY!!! EVERY single table was dirty. They all had crumbs and other food all over them. The chairs were dirty as was the floor. Food debris, napkins, etc all over the floor. We stepped back around and told the mumbler we’d take it to go since the dining room was filthy. She just looked at us. Then I noticed the entire store was filthy. It looked like it had not been swept or cleaned all day long. One of the problems may have been the 19 year old ‘manager’ who was as rude and disheveled as the mumbler. We will NOT be going back to this store. This is by far the WORST Popeye’s I have ever been in.

My wife and I visited for lunch. I should have listened to her when she said she saw a bug crawling. After eating most of our lunch I poured out our fries only to find a dead roach at the bottom. I hope it was at least fried! That’s when we noticed other dead ones around the windows.

The spicy chicken strips were really good, as was the fries and biscuit. Mine came out piping hot and tasted just made.
Reasons for losing two stars: it is tiny, like four tables tiny yet all but one table was dirty, and we were the only ones there. It also doesn’t feel clean, maybe because it’s an older establishment but it needs a facelift. The employees were nice enough. We weren’t charged correctly but they were pleasant.

The chicken is good, unless the staff is closing the place down early. «Would you like to wait 20 minutes while we cook some chicken?» The sides are usually awful. Cole slaw runs the gamut from sour to rancid. French fries are usually cold, and stale.

don’t go here !!! the bird is tiny and tastes terrible 3−25−13

Been here twice this week because my fiancé was craving their Cajun rice and they messed up our order… both days. The first time they gave us fries and when we came back, they switched it out but no apologies or anything which didn’t bother us since we got what we came for. But the second time, I don’t know how many times we had to say we wanted Cajun rice only to be asked if we wanted it mild or spicy over and over again. And when we pulled up to the window, they gave us chicken. Both times we corrected them and we got no apologies, and this time we just got a rude employee saying she’s going to charge us the difference with an attitude. And what do you know… Same girl. I would say next time I’ll ask to speak to the manager but I’ll just save my time and go to a Popeyes that knows what they’re doing.

The food was good however they screwed something up in each order. I could have checked before I left but alas I trusted by local Popeye’s employees.
