I would highly recommend Mona. I went to her because I found a groupon for a Brazilian, thinking I would make it a one time thing because of a good deal. I will continue to go back to her!

I first visited Mona with a GroupOn special for a facial. I went to her private room rented in a salon in FireWheel mall and felt so welcomed with her gracious smile. She is thorough from the beginning, starting with the customer card to fill out and update with every visit. She keeps track of what products are used and listens to me each time I return. We discuss my skin and she tries to do all she can to help me reach my personal goals for it.
She also continues her own education. It is a blessing to hear her life stories and how she always worked with her circumstances and continues to. She has a generous heart and is transparent.

I received a facial at Queen’s, and I’ve decided I’ll never go anywhere else again. The treatment was excellent and I felt so relaxed.
Mona tailored the facial to fit my exact skin needs, she has products on hand if you want to buy something to take home (which I did!), and she gave the best quality facial for a decent price.
She also has wonderful customer service, I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Overall, it was just a great experience and I’ll be back soon!
