We test drove a couple cars that we really liked but decided not to purchase because we didn’t feel like the price was ever going to be settled. Old school sales tactics don’t always get sales. Just lay it out plain and people who want to buy, will buy.

Well there was no miscommunication on my part! Anthony was well aware of my 25k pre approval loan and he took it upon himself to request additional funds without my knowledge or permission, like I wouldn’t notice. Please own your employees decitful tactics and learn from this, so that no one else is treated the way I was. This not how YOU sell cars, but maybe how Anthony sells cars. Thanks for apologizing Suzanne, whoever you are on behalf of the General Manager Justin. I won’t ever be back and anyone that ask me about your business it will not be good. I’m done with Randall Reed Prestige Ford.

It is appalling to witness an employee Mr. Sheldon to behave in such a manner. I came in for a Oil change this has been my third time coming here with helped by Bill and Tom had service me before no complaints excellent customer service. I drive up and asked for a oil change and asked how long was the wait? Rudely talked too Mr. Sheldon stated is an 2 hour wait and pointed where cars wore line in the front «you see them cars over their, their all infront of you, you should of came in at 7am it would of been a one hour wait» he sounded delighted to turn a customer away with his ignorant comment. (I came in at 8:30am) I was shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way.

No one here has the slightest sense of urgency. Service reps are just ambling about chit chatting while customers wait. It took an hour and a half to get an oil change. Then once it was done no one checked me out for almost 30 minutes. They give you one complimentary beverage, if you want a second cup of coffee or water they charge for it. Every time I walk into this place it makes me long for the day I can get a vehicle that is not a Ford

I made a big mistake. One day I could not open lift gait of my Mercury mariner 2010. I took it to them and they said they are going to charge me $ 119 for diagnostic. Any way it will be included if you decide it fix it in their shop. I was thinking of $ 100-​$ 200 max. but I fell in trap. If you leave you lose $ 119 diagnostic and if you let them fix it they charge you $ 532. They rip you off any way. That was big mistake. Never ever go back to them.
Do not come even close.

I’ve attempted to get my car fixed at Park Cities Ford at least 4 times for the same problem. Either they can’t get to my car or return it to me and say nothing is wrong. This dealership (Jason A helped me) had my car for a day, FIXED the problem and returned my car with out any delays or problems. It’s worth the extra 15 minutes for me to get here if things can go this smoothly.

I’ve never bought a vehicle here but because they are located close to my office, I’ve been here 3 times for basic repair service for my 2009 F-​150. The two oil changes took over 4 hours each and I’m currently at hour 6 of waiting for my front brake pads to be replaced. And when I asked about the software update for the SYNC system, I was told it costs $ 119. For a software update. That should be free! I don’t know how to adequately express just how fed up with this place I am. I hate it, I loathe it, and I will be avoiding it like the plague from now on.

Salesman was courteous and did not rush me. Finance officer was nice to talk to. Although I did not give them my business in the end, it was definitely not because of their customer service. A fine dealership, I just happened to find a car that was in stock elsewhere. They sold out of the one I wanted here.

Horrendous customer service!!! We were here for over 30 minutes, even came into both new and pre-​owned offices and NOT ONE PERSON bothered to greet us. Maybe 3 people even looked at us. A few guys in the pre-​owned department were kicked back chatting with each other. I will NEVER be back here and will be sure to let everyone I know to skip this dealership.

I have never had such good service at buying a car as I got here. There was no hard sell, no pressure, no diversions, just a good response to my questions, and advice on my needs, and finally, a good price — I had been to 6 other area Ford agencies before buying here. The follow up has also been impressive. They get my highest recommendation.

Prestige Ford does appreciate a customer.
I have a 2014 Focus Titanium with full maintenance contract and looking for a dealership that appreciates a customer. I finally found one. I had tried the other dealership in Dallas of Mr. Reed; but they seemed to be too busy to need me as a service customer.
I called up Bill and he set the level of service I would get as a minimum. He then exceeded.
When is the last time you had a service tech get in your car and drive it around with you in it to make sure the 2 of you were talking the same symptoms? Bill took a few minutes out of his very busy morning to do so. Then spent the extra time answering other questions for me. Never felt rushed.

bought car from prestige I know used cars are as is but buying it from dearership you expect some kind of quality after 2 weeks I pick up my plates I tell them my brakes seem bad nothing was done and assured the car had been checked out before being sold then after first oil change I told them the brakes still seemed bad they said it was just brake dust need less to say after 15 000 miles and 6 months the brakes were metal to metal and cracked so the moral they will sell a car with bad brakes and they don’t care I have called their customer service twice they don’t even call back

I really like this place. Meet a gentleman by the name of Harry Robinson, the most Nicest Guy, I had ever meet!!! He went WAY beyond any car associate has ever done for me. I bought my son a 2012 Ford Focus. I said what I wanted, and how much I wanted to spend. They came very close to that. I highly recommend that if you want to by a car, go and see this man. He treated my son like, as if he were family. My son went up for some extra things,(new inspection sticker), Harry meet him up front with open arms! Thanks Harry.

My experience at this business was the WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership. The first guy that helped me could not answer most of my questions. The second guy who helped us inside (after the test drive) was condescending, almost contemptuous. When we told him what we wanted to pay/​month, he scoffed. Then, he said he’d try to make a deal, and came back to us with a $/​month which was based on financing an amount FAR more than the vehicle we were looking at. He was obviously trying to high-​ball in hopes that when we met him in the middle, he would make out better.
We tried to leave to go think about it, because we still liked the van. Then we realized that he had stashed our key and my license with someone else. I went back in, and was approached by another guy. This 3^rd guy stood over me, and when I backed up and asked him to back up, he moved forward on me again. He kept stalling on returning my key and license. Then, I notice that two other guys come up on either side of me. Now I’ve got 2 salesman and one finance guy literally surrounding me. I demanded my things and told them that we were leaving.
After all of this, they called back the next day to offer the same price they were offering the day before, as if they were still being good to me.
Worst. Car-​buying. Experience. Ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

******AVOID THIS PLACE****** There is nothing more telling about a person or company concerning respecting people or customers as to waisting their time. Found a car on their website and called them direct and talk to Anthony in used cars to send me a picture of car and its VIN number to verify they had it in stock. I did my own CarFax and CarFax gave me the retail price for the car. Texted Anthony back that I would pay 250.00 under CarFax retail price in cash which was about $ 500.00 under their original asking price. I waited an hour to call after the text to give Anthony enough time to present the proposal to a sales manger. He picked up the phone and gave me the… well… Uh… give me 10 minutes to run this past my manager. 30 minutes later no phone call back. SO… After my original purchase offer text to Anthony he proceeded straight to his office and stuck his thumb up his butt and played video games for an hour. Call him back and he lies to me that he would call back in 10 minutes.
When ever a dealership has you waiting around for a simple transaction they are trying to wear you down to the point of frustration and you will pay anything to just get out of there. If this happens to you just get up and walk out and don’t look back. The American car manufacturer and dealership is a boiling frog and the Asian manufacturers are controlling their heat.

I took my car in for a recall. It took them about 1 ½ hours to do the work. No problem. When the advisor brings me the paperwork to sign he tells me that my transmission fluid «looks» dirty. It’s nice to see the scientific look test qualifies for new transmission fluid. After I say oh really he then states that Ford recommends that the fluid is changed every 30,000 miles. Wrong. The Ford maintenance manual that came with the car recommends every 60,000. He then proceeds to tell me that the battery sounds weak when starting the car. I have never heard a battery make a sound unless you drop one. Sounds like the service advisors are trying to up sell service tickets very aggressively. If you are getting service I would carry your service interval book in with you to verify what the advisor tells you, ask for the old parts to be returned to you, and ask to see the tests or measurements for anything that was done to determine you needed work in the first place. The experience left me feeling like I had just left a greasy salesman used car lot. Two stars for getting my car in on short notice and being quick with the work.

I’m not sure I should rate this place yet… but here goes nuttin.
Visit one, powers out and a slick man named Stan comes over to help. A drive in the Fiesta later… they don’t have the car and style I want on the lot. So I contact all the dealerships in the metroplex to find it and it goes horribly wrong (see other ford dealer review)…
Cheer for the internet — I build my own online, only to find out that they don’t get 100% of the information you submit? Madening… seriously! Then a real live person contacts me… I make appt, manage to see him on-​time and begin the process. They provided a reasonable trade offer, but I had to order the car. Having to wait 4 – 6 weeks for your ride is totally anti-​climactic…
Day two, calls and emails about your «satisfaction»… before the call telling you the order has been entered and how long it will actually be? When she asked «were you pleased with your experience» my answer was «I don’t know, do you have a button for that?» She wrote it in… = 3 stars.
UPDATE: So your waiting for your car after your anti-​climactic deal only to get a call that says «oh, I’m so sorry but it looks like their will be further delays and it may be 10 weeks or more before delivery»… cancel my order please. A+ for telling me, but epic fail for spending millions to advertise a car you can’t deliver.
