Shaolin has a very welcoming feeling. Everyone is welcome to attend the gym and get an excellent workout. Have been attending the night kickboxing class for the past year and half and still love it! The workouts constantly change and versatile. A lot of training is with your own body weight and cardio. They turn off the a/c and really get you sweating. The students who attend widely range from beginner to advanced, but everyone is there encouraging one another. Trainers really care about their students and willing to work with you
