Horrible! Awfu! I’d rather cut my own hair than return here!
Anh was my «stylist». Yeah not so much style in her! First problem– She has a very thick accent and mumbles, so yeah, there is no understanding her! Second problem– She scraped the back of my scap with ther nails (I still had red streaks 4 hours later, and a headache to match them! Fun! Third problem– SHe has no clue that getting tangles out of very very curly hair means a leave in conditioner or detangler of some kind. I think I have whiplash from this!
The good part is the cut was good, but I will never ever go back here!
