Nice hat to start but the fedora got wet one time and it stained and became misshaped. I posted on facebook and they said to contact customer service I did as they said and to no avail they never responded. One of the worst things you can do is ignore your customers.

This is the official outlet store for Stetson and Resistol hats. The store also sells clothing and boots, all are defects of some sort.
A nice straw hat will still run you about $ 80, but that is a discount.
They have a monthly sale that is a deeper discount on certain hats. I have found some great deals that way.
