I ordered online and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the restaurant. The manager came out of the back and informed me that each sandwich had a number which corresponded to the item on the receipt, which made it very easy to give the proper sandwich to the intended person. He was also very friendly, and he made me feel like a valued customer. I’ll be back here many times if this is the norm.

I’m usually a 4 or 5 star person. But after several trips here to this new location I’m disappointed in the service. The young lady working behind the counter speaks in broken English(at best) and she either cannot understand my English or doesn’t pay attention. Last time I asked for one type of bread and she gave me a different bread. And then today she asked me if I wanted toasted and I said no. What does she do? Toasts it. Nice to have a clean new Subway… but having annoying employees ruins it. Update 5÷8÷15 — There has been a good change and service is much better!

Brand new store. Loved it. Everything was so fresh and and the staff was so nice. I will be back.
