It’s a little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant but their breakfast tacos are excellent and I think flour tortillas are handmade they are really good if you don’t need a fancy restaurant but you like good Mexican food I recommend this place you have to try the breakfast tacos in the morning I think they got the best place for menudo in Garland I haven’t found another place that is as good. And you can call in and order your breakfast tacos and pick them up there

Excellent breakfast in an old DQ… I guess you could say I’m a regular here. It’s too convenient for me, so I find myself wandering by there for coffee and breakfast when I’m feeling lazy — which is more often than not. However, that’s a good thing, since their breakfast tacos and burritos are about the best I’ve had. You can get just about anything you want stuffed inside said breakfast vessels, and it’s all good — chorizo, ham, bacon, beans, potatoes, cheeses, pico, you name it. If you’re not feeling like a portable meal, they also offer great plate breakfasts — the carne asada with eggs is hearty and delicious. To kick it up to the next level, they offer three different sauces. The red and green salsas are pretty standard, but the creamy avocado-pepper sauce is to die for — I need to know what is in this stuff, because I can’t shake my cravings for it. And to wash it all down, they pour a mean cup of coffee — always fresh and mild, never burnt, never bitter. I’m less impressed by the food once lunch rolls around, but there are some highlights. The gorditas are tasty, even if the fajita meat can be a little fatty(both beef and chicken, for some reason) — get them with just beans and cheese and you’re golden. The tortas are also great, just pick your meat carefully. I tried one with their pastor, and it was excellent — definitely up there with the best! I’ve had better street tacos, however. I have the same complaint about the fajita meat, and the corn tortillas are a little greasy. I haven’t ventured much further into the lunch/dinner menu simply because there are better options right down the street. However, I haven’t found a better breakfast burrito in town. The service is always friendly and quick. English can be in short supply, but that’s never been a problem for me. Overall, I love this little place, but be aware that my four stars are based purely on breakfast and service. If you come here and have a 2-star lunch, you can’t bitch because I already told you so…
