We’ve used Aaron for inspections on both our home purchases and wouldn’t use anyone else. He provides extremely thorough reports (most recent one was 90+ pages) and gets them to you promptly after the inspection. We feel like we know exactly what to expect going in to a new home, which is important when you’re making such a large purchase.
Edit: Still good but dropped a star in comparison to someone else we used more recently.

Highly professional, weath of knowledge about home construction and building codes. Provided us with an very detailed 80 page inspection report (included pictures he had taken during his inspection), and we were very impressed. This inspector has done his homework, and really knows what he is doing (he has 40 years of home construction/​inspection experience). The turnaround time to get our report was fast (he sent it to us the very next day). Most of all, his evaluations were honest and unbiased. Thank You Aaron.
