I went to this place not long ago and they are by far the worse place I’ve ever had my tint done by. It was freezing in the store with no heat, the guy that worked there left and stayed home for two hours and kept the bathroom door locked then came back only to leave again and when I asked the workers what’s going on they said «he leaves all the time» and they can’t do anything because they’re only installers. Then while I was there I went outside and was talking to one of the installers and he told me he was about to quit because the manager wasn’t a good manager and didn’t care for his customers. I had to go back because I also had them install a radio that day along with a tv and they somehow messed up my window and it wouldn’t roll up so I had to drive with it down while freezing in my car because I called saying I would go back and he said he couldn’t fix it until the next day. These guys really suck.

You know the saying, «You get what you pay for»… this place is the epitome of that. So I saw a living social deal to have my truck tinted. I took it in yesterday to get mine done. I was told an hour and a half for all windows, and I was thinking: yea right, its going to take longer than that. It took 2 and half hours. Not bad really. On the drive home I started noticing the cut corner (literally) when I could see bright blue sky through tint, in 3 different windows. And then I started noticing everything. From air bubbles, to hair being stuck between the tint and glass, to hard notches he blamed «on the factory windows»… I call bullsh. I had a buddy who owned a competition tint shop, and he never had these problems.
So, I called him back, and he said yea no problem, he was sorry just bring it back in 10AM this morning. So I did that. He wanted me to pay $ 40 more on top of yesterday so he could fix what should have been done in the first place. Not only that, but I had run and get this fool razor blades. Again, I did all that. When the job was done, it looked better than yesterday, but there are still bubbles on the brow, the back middle window, and a scratch in the tint on the back driver side. And its not moisture. Its legit bubbles.
So I confronted the guy, and all I got was a run around about how I was lucky, cause he never fixes his fk ups, and how he lost a customer re doing my windows. And I told this fool, he should have done it right the first time.
Save your money and go to a legit tint shop, who care about their work. Now im in for $ 140, when I could have just added another bill and had it done right the first time.

Where do I begin? I bought the Groupon. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 11:00am. I showed up with my wife’s new car. They told me it would be 3 hrs and the car would be ready. We went to kill time and came back after 4 hours. The car was STILL in the same spot it was in when I left it. I went inside and inquired about it. I stated I had an 11:00 APPOINTMENT and the man behind the counter asked «did you see all the cars that were there at 10:00 am?» He then said my car was next and it would take 45 minutes. We left and came back after 6:00 PM and the car had finally been moved. The tint was decent except for one spot and when we pointed it out, he stated that he didn’t do that window… someone else did it. We asked him to redo it, and he hesitantly did it. All in all, we wasted an entire Saturday waiting for a car to get tinted. My mind says that if you have 1 or 2 tint installers, then book 2 cars an hour and keep somewhat close to that schedule. Don’t try and make your customers feel like a schmuck for wanting to be taken care of at the SCHEDULED time. I just hope it was worth it in the end… we shall see.

Unique Car Sound and Security along with Groupon teamed up to take $ 89 from me and not provide any service whatsoever. Called up and spoke to someone named John, who just flat out lied. Groupon didn’t do any better so I’ll never do business with either one of them ever again. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET A REPUTABLE BUSINESS TO PERFORM YOUR CAR NEEDS.

I had an appointment at 5 and have currently been sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half and my car still hasn’t been touched! They tell you it’s a 2 hour wait for tinting but with 30 mins left until they close I’m pretty iffy how it’s going to look. The employee’s family showed up a little while ago and he has been carrying his kid around the shop ever since. Found this place on living social but what they don’t put in the fine print is that it’s only good for 35% tint all around and anything darker starts at $ 40 and up. If they haven’t touched my car in the next few minutes I’m getting my money back and leaving. I wouldn’t give them any stars if given the option but since I have to they are only getting 1.

After hit or miss reviews on here, I still chose to take the risk and buy the Groupon.
I called and made an appointment and was told it would take an hour. I showed up today for my appointment and he said they only had two kinds of tint left: 5%, which is illegal, and 35% which is very light. I asked if there were any other options and he said no, they were out, so I went with the 35%.
Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes and they never took my car back. I told the guy I had been told an hour and that I needed to get back to work in time so I was going to have to reschedule and asked if they had anything open on Saturday… «We don’t do Groupons on Saturday.»
In conclusion, if you’re willing to spend at least 2 hours in a dingy lobby for 35% tint then this is the place for you. If not, I would take my business elsewhere. I’m requesting Groupon refund my money. Beware!

Update from TWO stars down to ONE star.
It’s been over a week since I had Unique redo the tint on my car because their work the first time was subpar. I thought that after the soap dried out, the tint would be fine. WRONG… BIG FAIL! The tint is now worse than the first time. I have lots of air bubbles and a few kinks in the tint.
Go back and have them retint the windows again… Hell no!
I have been to Unique twice already to have them retint my windows. The first time was a waste of 3 hours as they did not fix their shoddy tint job after spending nearly half the day here waiting. They told me to make an appointment and come back. Shoot they me a few days before to come in on Monday.
The second time was on a Saturday afternoon where I wasted yet another 3.5 hours to have them strip and retint to my dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, every time I have been here only one tinter shows up to work.
You truly get what you pay for here. Cheap price = cheap quality/​work. I will go to another tint shop to have them tint my windows the right way since Unique doesn’t seem to know how to or even care.

This is a pretty good place, family owned business. Tinting work is clean and neat. You need appointment since they are booked solid. Have cheap 50c snacks at vending machine. Sun film work is pretty neat and no bubbles etc. So I would recommend them to anybody who want to get high quality tinting done.
Call them — they will give you good deals.

Found a coupon on Groupon. $ 99 for all my windows tinted. Michael was nice and professional. I gave them an extra star cause they have a vending machine with chips and sodas for .50 and .75. I was happy to see that cause I hadn’t ate all day. Tint was good with a lifetime warranty so if I see a little bubble I’m coming back.

Amazing service, the staff is really professional and super knowledgeable about what they do. Def recommend this place to anyone who is in the market to customize their cars

They do window tinting very good!
I went there last week with a coupon of $ 99 window tinting for whole car from Groupon and they tint it very very good. Not even one bubble until now. Will recommend this one!
