I hate this place. And the people who work at the pharmacy are even worse. No class and no manners. I waited in the drive through pharmacy for over 25min with my screaming 6 month in the car who has an ear infection and bronchitis. I had to come inside and when I asked the man he didn’t even look at me with an apology or explanation. And that’s what set me off. You’re supposed to be efficient! If you have a problem with a customer you ask them to come inside or tell them to circle around while you solve their issue. You don’t hold up the line for nearly a half hour with one customer. 3 cars drive around and went inside. That is not efficient. Get you shit together Walgreens. And have some manners to your customers.

There are many benefits to developing a deep level of patience. You can for example, paint a ceiling in Italy, build a cathedral like Westminster Abbey, or get your medication from this Walgreens. Don’t want to achieve inner peace by waiting in one of three chairs that passes for a waiting room in this place? You could drop off her perspiration and pick it up, several hours later. The Pharmacist is knowledgeable and nice enough, it just takes them forever to get anything done. If you need to talk to a Pharmacist, I suggest you drive not even a mile down the street to the Garland Independent Pharmacist. The gentlemen there was extremely helpful and his meds cost less than those at Walgreens. For the rest of the store, it will do. It’s within walking distance of my house and they are ALWAYSOPEN. If I expected good service at 2 am, I really am delusional.
