This store my be right up the street, but I will drive past it for my Whataburgers from now on. The last straw was today. I placed my order and went and sat down. I noticed there was a box of donuts sitting on a table in the dining room. During the 20 minutes I waited for my order, I saw several employees walk out of an office, grab a donut, and go back in the office. This was on Mothers’ Day at 12:30. The place was packed and no food was being served. The office door opened and at least four people including the manager came out. They then served me cold food. I was really mad! 20 minute wait while the staff had a donut party?! The manager came over to tell me what great service she gives. I laughed at her. This store is a giant cluster«F». Every time I come here, I regret it. Never again!

IMO, this is the best Whataburger in town. The fries are always done just right, crispy on the outside the way I like them. The burgers have that great fried flavor, just the way I like, not steamed like some other Whataburgers. The vegetables are fresh and tasty. Service is fast and friendly.

Came here today without checking the reviews. After waiting in line for 10 minutes with someone in front of me. They then took another 5 minutes to actually greet me at the door. They took my money only for me to wait even more time on top of that to finally tell me that they were going to need me to pull up and wait another five minutes to bring me out the food. Would not recommend the place at ALLL! Horrific CUSTOMERSERVICE.

My wife gave me a coupon for BOGO What-A-Burger. So thats what I did. 2 whataburgers without onions and mustard. The sandwiches where good. My 14 yr old really liked it. Coupons are a must when dining at Whataburger. this location is A-OK

2 visits and they mess up twice. The first time, I ordered a Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich meal. They gave me a honey chicken biscuit… Told the guy my order again. Went home and they did give me the correct meal, but it had NOBBQSAUCE. They literally put actual honey on the chicken. HONEY. And it only had 2 strips. What happened to 3? Also, this was 2 orders. They gave my brother 3 tenders and me 2. The second time(2⁄1612:50AM), I ordered the same meal. Honey BBQ chicken Strip Sandwich. Came home and gave it to my brother since it was for him. The sauce was DISGUSTING. And he knows how it’s supposed to taste. He eats one every week. But this time, the sauce tasted like a mix of A.I. Sauce with something really sour. We called and they said the sauce tasted normal(according to the worker but I doubt they actually went to taste it). I’m guessing the sauce was expired. Absolutely disgusting.

We live 3 blocks from this location, 3 times in a row, they can’t get a simple order correct and then they want to argue. They are also the slowest«Fast-Food» establishment in town! We have given them chance after chance but we will never be back!

We stopped going to this location years ago because of bad service and getting the wrong order from them. We went back today and we placed an order that we did not receive. Our drinks were right, but our food was not even close. How is this location still in business???

Two stars only because the food I saw other people eating looked good. My shake was terrible. I ordered a chocolate malt first and there was so much syrup in it that it burned my throat. So I asked if I could just have a chocolate shake instead. I got it, took a sip, and got a mouth full of straight chocolate syrup. It turns out that they don’t blend the flavoring into the shake. They just pour the syrup in the bottom and put some liquidy ice cream on top and hand it to you. Blech. I’m sure the burgers are fine but don’t order their shakes!

This place is disgusting. I are here, and before I took a bite out of my sandwich I opened it to make sure there was mustard(which thank God I did). Guys, there was a bug splat right in the middle. These people are dirty and don’t clean. There bags of buns have flies in them and they still serve it to customers. Never going here again. Employees are rude as well.

DONOTGIVETHESEPEOPLEYOURMONEY. I went through the drive-thru around 6 am. I realized when i got to the window that I didn’t have my debit card and the smallest bill I had was $ 100. I had planned to apologize and tell the person at the window that if she couldn’t break it I would cancel my order. I never got that chance. As soon as she had my money, she closed the window and walked away. Then, another employee leaned around, looked at me and said, «Oh yeah, that’s her.». About that time, the General Manager(Roger) came to the window and said, «Ma’am, we’re tired of you giving us counterfeit money. This is the second time this week. You gave us a counterfeit $ 20 yesterday, and this $ 100 is fake too. I’ve already called the police.» I was completely flabbergasted, and stated that I had not been to the retaurant the previous day, and the money that I had handed the cashier had just come from the bank. Roger called me a liar and told me that I had been there, that this bill was fake, and that police would be there soon. I said fine, call the police, I have done nothing wrong. Fast forward 15 minutes of waiting for police. I walked in to the dining room, and asked when police would be there. Roger then asked ME, the person that he has been accusing of a FELONY, for the non-emergency number. He was threatening me and holding me there, and had not even called the police. All this time, the staff behind the food prep area was laughing and gesturing in my direction. After all of this, I asked to see security camera footage that proved any of his claims. He stated that he did not have any. I asked for any proof, whatsoever. Again, nothing. The ONLY thing that linked me to the person supposedly distributing fake bills was the color of my vehicle(Silver). I have reported this to the BBB, Whataburger’s corporate offices, and will be posting my review on every public forum I can find. This treatment was completely unacceptable, and I will never give Whataburger my money again. Oh, the kicker. The bill was 100% real. He assumed it was counterfeit because it «felt funny.»
