Horrible service here. We went on a Saturday night through the drive thru and waited at least 15 minutes for our food. No apologies, no e.t.a., nada! While sitting in the drive thru, there was a motorcycle that pulled up in the parking lot next to us. Turned out to be one of their employees rides home. Well, the MANAGER opened the drive thru window and I assumed he was going to apologize for our wait or acknowledge us, but instead yelled at the employee leaving and joking with him. SERIOUSLY!?! You are a MANAGER YELLING INTO A CUSTOMERS CAR. It was one of those unnecessary stupid conversations, not anything important either. Completely rude from a customers perspective. Then after his yelling obnoxious conversation, he slams the window shut. In his mind we were just non existent.

Whataburgers are always fantastic, and this particular restaurant has excellent service, is always clean, and the food is hot, fresh, and served in a quick manner.

The quality of the meat was good, but this is fast food so your expectations are always a little lower. The burgers were huge and the one I ordered ended up being 2 patties, so I couldn’t even finish it. Way more topping than I normally like, but the bacon was nice and crisp and it was all very fresh.

I can’t tell you how many times I visit Texas and never went to a Whataburger — man, I have been missing out. Good quality beef, fresh toppings, huge burgers and good prices. Great fast food joint!

I visited this spot last. It was my first Whataburger actually, I was excited. I had the double with everything — it was absolutely delicious, totally lives up to the legend. Tastes like a juicy, BBQd burger. It was huge, 2⁄3 of a lb w double patties. I would give it 5 stars except that we were visiting this branch over by my Granny’s house in Garland and the wait in the drive-​thru was like 10 – 15 minutes! It was like midnight, I was starving and they didn’t even apologize. Deelish burger, horrible service that night. I miss it now that I’m back in Cali. Fatburger is almost comparable but just not the same. :-(
