I did not actually get to use their service on my wedding day so I can not judge towards that. However they do not stick to their contract. I tried to call to transfer my reservation to a different vehicle and the owner said that the particular vehicle I had originally booked would not be able to transfer my deposit to a different vehicle. The contract said the deposite was non-​refundable, not non-​transferable and the «owner» said that he would need to talk to his lawyer to add it in because that was the case. He himself recognized it was an issue in the contract. very unprofessional and would never use them again.
