Affordable Triangle Seamless Gutters

My husband drew out specifically where he wanted the gutters and downspouts to go and gave a copy of the diagram to Brad Kettrick, the owner. Although the workers showed up on time, they did not follow the plan regarding placement of downspouts, besides the fact that they weren’t polite and used foul language loudly enough for me to hear them.
Now, every time it rains, water gushes out of the downspout by our garage and down our driveway, across the sidewalk leading to our house and has eroded about 5 inches of soil all the way down the edge of the driveway.
My husband has tried multiple times to contact Mr. Kettrick and has pleaded with him to correct the downspout problem. When he did return the call or email, it was weeks after we contacted him Both times that he did get back with us he was downright rude and never did anything to rectify it.
All we want is to get it corrected but once these guys are done, they are done. Terrible service.
