Yesterday I ordered 50 bags of cement to be delivered this morning and it did not make it until this afternoon I contact the manager and he replied with great customer service. I used to be a fan of Home Depot but their customer service has really really went down. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold are they sent you to a section that doesn’t pick up and rings forever and then you have to call back and get the same type customer service at Home Depot that’s why I go to Lowes now.

Great service and they have everything you need as far as household and building wise. They are a tad bit espensive and they dont have much for door nobs.

I’m updating my rating because the customer service department redeemed themselves. Although I had planned on discontinuing service with Lowes, I did have to call them again regarding some unfinished business. This particular rep at the Pro Services desk was far more helpful, much closer to what I expect from a company like Lowes.

Made the mistake of assuming one Lowes is pretty much like the next. Will go back to the Cleveland Crossing store next time. Day 1: Went in and bought a dishwasher. Specifically picked one that was in stock so I could get it installed quickly. Sales rep verified it was in stock. Day 2: Got a call confirming it was in stock, and that the installer would contact me shortly. Day 8: Hadn’t heard from anyone for a week. Went in to find out what happened. Sales rep checked. Surprise! Dishwasher wasn’t in stock. Sales rep said it would be in stock soon and they would contact me. Day 14: Hadn’t heard from anyone for a week. Went in to find out what happened. Sales rep checked. Apparently the installer now had the dishwasher and had called my house while I was at work(4pm on a Friday). Called installer. No answer. Day 15: Called installer. No answer. Apparently doesn’t work on weekends. Left message. Day 17: Installer called while I was out. Called back, got live person. Scheduled installation for Day 19(earliest available). Day 19: Installer arrives, starts unpacking dishwasher. Says it’s defective. Will take it back and have them get another. Day 22: Got a call confirming it was in stock, and that the installer would contact me shortly. Day 23: Installer called while I was out. Called back, got live person. Scheduled installation for Day 25(earliest available). Day 25: Dishwasher installed. OK, fine, the defective unit was probably unavoidable and I can’t fault them for that. The first two weeks, though? No explanation about why a dishwasher that was verified to be in stock twice was suddenly not in stock anymore.

Not the best service I prefer Home Depot but sometimes only lowes has what u need, the garner location of lowes, service is not good, but cary lowes is better bought our appliances at cary location, but if you live in South raleigh or garner, home depot is definitely a better shopping experience.

OMG every time I go here it’s such a hassle, I will never return I will drive out of my way to home depot. Today I had a return with my receipt, apparently because a sales associate had sold me the wrong item and i had to return that item on same day and another wasted trip! there was a problem with my return because i had used my debit card and had received cash and paid for new item with cash today, It was a hassle! sounds like Lowe’s problem YETAGAIN! if you have time to waste after more than one terrible experience! Do Not shop at lowe’s in Garner!

This is a smaller store than the one in Clayton, for example. It still has that large selection of products that we go to big box stores for. The thing that distinguishes this Lowes for me, though, is the service. I’ve been to this location several times, and I’ve been struck by the service each time. There always seems to be someone around when I need something. Even the clerks working the cash registers have been super friendly and informative. I go to this location when I know that I’m going to need some help.
