I have had a great experience with Eye Associates in the White Oak Shopping Center in Garner Pa. Everyone was helpful and Mike Turner the Manager is FANTASTIC

BEST eye care experience I think I have ever had! Seriously. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. When I told them I preferred the blue light test vs. the air puff, they were happy to accommodate. The optician who helped me pick out my new frames & lenses was so calm and fun to work with. Truly, this was a GREAT experience for me. I hadn’t been back to the eye doctor in 13 years. I’ll gladly go back for another exam and unless they give me reason not to, they have my business from now on as well. Dr. Misko… LOVED her. Definitely going back!

Quick summary: This was my first time to this provider and they will have my business from now on. (unless something dramatic were to occur.)
Full Review:
I was in a pinch (my last pair of glasses broke and my prescription was 2.5 yrs old). I walked in and asked if I could just wait and see if they could fit me in. The staff said I was welcome to wait (in fact they were super friendly) but they were completely booked so it wasn’t likely I would be seen.
I lucked out and a person did not show up. They fit me in after about 20min. My experience was excellent. Honestly it was one of the best trips to an eye doctor I’ve have in many many years. (I’ve worn contacts/​glasses for nearly 30yrs).
While I was there, I went ahead and ordered my new glasses (one of the new Nike frames). This was on a Friday. For some reason, I didn’t get the transition lenses this time (I almost always do). As the weekend progressed I started having sever buyers remorse. I went in to their office Saturday afternoon and asked if I could change my order to add the transition to the glasses. I really thought the answer would be no. They were happy to help me make the change and let me know that it would probably delay my order. I kind of assumed it would but I felt better about the purchase now so no big deal. Imagine my surprise when they called me Monday afternoon to let me know I could come in and pick up my glasses! Awesome experience!
