Dr Bailey is the best eye Doctor I have seen since moving to Raleigh/​Garner. Being a military person, I’ve seen a few across the country, and none match up to the caring he and the staff provide. No question about it. I woul recommend them in a heartbeat!

We found OurEyeDr! Picked this office due to it’s location and close proximity to home and we were pleasantly surprised.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the doctors.
We purchased eyeglasses which were a little more than I wanted to spend but I wanted to be sure that my first pair of progressive lenses were done right. They did a great job and I have had no issues with the prescription or the quality of the glasses I bought.
We will continue to use them for future exams.

Typically I think of an eye doctor as just any eye doctor. Not this place. Dr. Cook is perhaps the most favored eye doctor in the area. He is very personable and thorough for his examinations. But what made the experience much better was the ultra friendly staff to assist me with my eye glass selection. I went in expecting a typical pair of glasses and walked out the door with an awesome pair of glasses. I have had many positive comments about my eyewear and owe it to the staff for helping and guiding me through the right selection.
I used VSP insurance. My overall cost was very reasonable and I received all of my prescriptions in just over a week. Everything fits perfectly. This place has most of the latest name brands. I ended up with Ray Bans.
Appointments can be set up fairly quick and all your records and forms are accessible anytime on a webpage which made it wonderful to communicate back with Veterans Affairs.
I would highly recommend this place!

Dr. Bailey is fabulous… fabulous, I tell you! What an incredible experience! He and his assistant were chatty, helpful and really made me feel comfortable during every step of my eye exam, even during the dreaded dilation process! Honestly, I’ve been getting eye exams for over 20 years and have not had a more informative and, dare I say it, enjoyable appointment! After all this time, I have finally found my family eye doctor.
So, this really is a 5 star review for the Eye Care part of the practice, but I have to say that the Optical Center is a bit pricey. I had a little trouble with my glasses fitting, but the opticians were certainly willing to accomodate my somewhat compulsive complaints. Great thing: I can walk in at any time and they’re happy to make adjustments, replace pads or tighten screws.
Overall, an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them!
