My final review of ice that I frequent in the area. Feel free to explore my reviews of the Cary Ice House and the Raleigh Iceplex… I don’t have too much to say about this place. Every experience I have had has been pleasant. Their staff is courteous and attentive. The locker rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The ice is very nice, although a bit small. They have a learn-to-play clinic that provides very basic instruction in how to play the game, which also comes(came) with 9 stick-and-puck passes — a great deal. My only complaint(see also my review of the Cary Ice House) was in their recent transition to new management, there was a notice posted in the hall stating that those stick-and-puck passes I had mentioned earlier were no longer valid. So that good deal for the learn-to-play classes was suddenly revoked. After complaining to the management in both Cary and Garner they simply stated that they felt as though they had given enough notice to cardholders in order to revoke the program. A non-conspicuous flyer posted in the hallway indicating a few weeks warning was apparently sufficient to them, good to see how the new management is ready to serve their customer.
