I contacted Matt for carpet cleaning and full house deep clean. He gave us a very reasonable estimate. They showed up on time and were extremely professional, courteous and thorough. We needed these services done on a certain day and time due to house closing and movers. Matt pieced together the services so that everything was done when it came time to move. So glad we ended up getting the carpets cleaned and not replaced. They will probably last a few more years with cleanings like this!
Very glad we went with them and will be using them again for area rugs, and upholstery.

After getting three quotes from various companies, we decided to use Prokleen. Matt arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. He was extremely careful working around furniture that could not moved. The carpets had not been professionally cleaned since we moved in 10+ years ago. All we can say is WOW! They look great. Would definitely use Prokleen again.

Matt is the absolute best! He is my go to guy when helping people prepare their home to sell. He has made carpets that looked like they needed to be replaced, look brand new! He rescues my home (and dog) when he has accidents. He even cleans hardwood floors, tile, and granite. He always has a smile on his face and is super positive. Trust me when I tell you… he’s your guy!

Matt is the best carpet cleaner in the area period. He knows more about cleaning any surface than any other person I know. I had him clean my carpets and granite counters. Like new when he was done. It was easy and quick. Call him before any of the other «discount» «coupon» guys. He is pet friendly and knows how to get those stains and smells out from carpets. It does need more than just a cleaning. Matt has all the cleaning products that are green and economic friendly.

I have worked with Matt at Prokleen for 10 years now through the property management company i work for. He really cares about doing a great job for his clients. He understands a time line and goes above and beyond when delivering excellence. Trust that the job will be done right the first time and communication are key when hiring carpet cleaning contractors and i have never been disappointed with his service.
When Matt adds a service to his menu, i will be sure to try that as well. He has a reputation of delivering the goods!
