We had Carl come to our business to install electrical outlets in several areas. Service and cost was reasonable and we will use his services again.

I had Carl do a list of electric repairs on a home in North Raleigh. We had a time crunch because of the Memorial Day Holiday. The house closed the day after on Tuesday. It was a difficult schedule and lots of electrical items on the list. Carl went to the house while I was out of town for the holiday. We made arrangements for his entry. He took care of the list including some funky items. The buyer inspected the house and all went well. Most important was grounding the yellow gas line to the electric service. Generally its an expensive issue.
My previous experience with Carl told me he was an honest, honorable tradesman so I did not ask for an estimate. Carl did the complete list at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with his work and his work ethic. He is a small business operator. I encourage others to use him and I certainly will not hesitate to use him again. W.H.W.

I had Carl Harper come to my house and install two bathroom exhaust fans as well as two light fixtures. TH Electrical Services did an outstanding job. They took their time and answered all of our questions. They offered advice about some of our concerns, since we live in an older house. They left everything spotless and actually did the job faster than I had thought and was able to get back to my job quicker!

I was assigned to TH Electrical by my home warranty company to look at my breaker panel. It took close to 36 hours to get the initial call from them. This should have been my first indication that things weren’t going to go well.
Once finally hearing from them to schedule an appt, I explained how my breaker panel was on the outside of the house and they agreed there would be no reason for me to have to be home since they wouldn’t need to get into the house.
Carl called me the day of the appt and said he was about 40 min away. I explained to him the detail of what had been going on and again how the panel was outside. Since I wasn’t going to be home, he agreed to leave a copy of the work order in my mailbox and I could use the address for sending the service fee too.
Well, I got home that evening to find no work order in the mailbox, no note and breaker panel fuse still tripped. So Carl never showed. I had ended up placing a total of 3 calls to them. Received voice mail all 3 times and left a message requesting a call back along with an explanation. I also contacted my home warranty company who also left Carl 2 additional voice mails. ALL of these messages went unanswered. No returned call, no emails or explanations provided. I finally had to get the warranty company to re-​assign my case to a different contractor. Good thing I never paid him!
Please stay away from this guy as this is as unprofessional as it gets.
