I have used Steven Chapell of Triangle Lawn Care to help me clean my .26 acre lot for the past two Spring seasons. These were one-​time services, not a contract for lawn cutting, etc. He has pruned my trees and shrubs and performed other general cleanup. He has done a good job and I plan to continue using his services.

My experience has been exactly the opposite.
About 1.5 — 2 weeks ago, I submitted a request for estimate/​quote through their website, but never heard anything back.
So I called… nothing.
So I sent and e-​mail… still nothing.
And so I guess I’ll never find out. Finally went with someone else.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal.
I sent them an email with a request for a quote, as my yard was quite, uh… disastrous. Fifteen minutes later, my phone rang. Fifteen minutes after that, I hear a knock at my door.
Steven introduced himself, gave me the quoted price, and said it’d be about an hour. I went back inside, opened on Ommegang Abbey Ale, and watched an episode of The Colbert Report.
Less than an hour later, I hear another knock and open my door to find a new mecca of landscaping paradise. I was truly amazed.
Very, very highly recommended. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more prompt, courteous, and thorough service. I’ll definitely be using them regularly.
