The store is very well stocked, a nice selection, but the customer service, is far by the worst, I have experienced. There seems to be a shortage on cashiers, the line is always long. I was in there on August 13th, the line was extremely long as usual, and instead on the cashier calling the next customer in line, she decided to straighten up her area, and then had a nasty attitude when another employee said something to her. If I were the manager there, she would be in the unemployment line, her disposition, is not that of someone whom values there job,.

I was looking for an elegant, sophisticated maxi dress coverup for the pool. I found a «Just Love» brand 2⁄3 sleeve maxi dress in black with classic white designs bordering the neckline, sleeves and bottom. I’m 5’3″ and the length was perfect, so no need for hemming. I tried it on and it was so soft and comfortable. It’s 50% Cotton and 50% Rayon. Believe it or not, I only paid $ 15.89 with taxes. Now, THAT’S A BARGAIN!

This store seems to never have anything in there. The shelves are always empty, that because products are mostly on the floor. If you can find something not on the floor, the prices are good.

There is plenty of parking in the shopping center where this location is located. The store is ok. I am not sure what more can be said considering they are a discount store. They have plenty of items. From clothing to things for your home.
The staff was friendly but looked miserable. Overall it was an ok experience. We were able to get some good finds for great prices.

GREAT location for fabulous housewares finds! Also a really good selection of men’s shoes, purses, and clothes.
Store is well kept but they really need to work on staffing the registers. One cashier meant the wait to check out around 11:30 on a weekday morning was about 10-​minutes.
And what is up with not letting customers use the cart to get their purchases to their car?!? Next time I will bring in a Petsmart cart from the parking lot so I don’t have to struggle carrying everything out. LOL!

First of all, I must say that this place always seems to have the best prices. I got my daughter 2 party dresses — one was $ 13.99 and the other $ 14.99. Incredible prices. That said, I have NEVER gotten through there without waiting in an incredibly long line — and I don’t mean people-​wise — I mean time-​wise. (Insert scream here)
Honestly, I think they must hire the slowest and most talkative people. The other discount stores open more cash registers when the lines get long. A novel idea. Not at Ross — they close them!
Great prices if you have the patience and time. Just thinking about it makes my jaw clench.
