The carmalized pickle relish and the pickled tomatoes make this hot dog. Obviously the vienna beef red hot with a snap is equally important. This hot dog stand delivers it all. They have a location in the mall that has chili, fries and beef sandwiches. My boyfriend always gets the beef and I get the hot dog with extra pickled tomatoes. YUM!

Their polish sausage? 4 stars. the best I’ve ever had. Why 3 stars? A couple of things. I really don’t like the dark green relish. You’re a Chicago hot dog place. you probably have great dogs, but I won’t try them because pickled tomatoes is one thing.(Just… have pickles AND tomatoes). Dark relish is strike two in a short at bat. I’d give this place a healthy four stars if they’d come in with tomatoes and pickles and some neon relish. Easily a place to stop for a polish though. In my opinion, their polish goes way above what you’d expect from mall food.
