I came across Hearts Remained via a mutual social media connection. I was really impressed at what I saw! Being that I work in corporate America and my dress code is pretty much non flexible I’m always looking for new ways or garments to spruce things up. Anyways, after my initial consultation where Bianca obtained a lengthy amount of measurements and took down some personal info, we discussed fits. I’m usually a pants suit type of gal but I was comfortably inclined to order a 4-​piece skirt suit which included a jacket or blazer, vest, skirt and pants. Bianca was very informative in helping me recognize that with the 3-​piece and 4-​piece, although costing more I’d get more looks out of each piece because I can mix and match them with other articles of clothing I owned and could easily go from day to night or work to play. I was a little overwhelmed when looking at all the fabric choices I could choose from but Bianca helped guide me through the selection process by finding out my likes (as with most corporate jobs I’m not moving ²⁴⁄₇ so I need something a little heavier that didn’t wrinkle or crease easily but that remained its softness and was also fun). After choosing a nice subtle dark plaid and going over the details like the collar and pockets and buttons, I was told it would arrive within 5 – 6 weeks. 6 weeks later I received a call that my garments were in. After trying them on I was in pure bliss! They did need a few minor adjustments such as a slight hem and sleeves taken up about ½ inch, which they took care of for me! It was totally worth the investment and I love my custom suit and I am budgeting to place another order soon. They also offer custom shirts and shoes that can be monogrammed and embroidered with my initials, colors and patterns of my choices! If only money grew on trees. I would definitely recommend them and can not wait to place another order! Their team is also great and very helpful. Definitely five stars!
