I had a great experience with I-​80 Auto Parts, especially with George. I needed to replace an A/​C compressor in a 2009 Kia Borrego which is a hard car to find parts for. I-​80 listed one at a great price with a 6 month warranty and only 11k miles on it. I was very apprehensive ordering such an important and expensive part over the phone but George made the whole experience bearable. The part arrived when promised and was a complete compressor that went on my car without any issues. My mechanic said it was in nearly new condition. It’s been on my car over a month and has made several 500 mile trips already without any issues.

These people are completely fraudulent the company is ran by an owner by the name of Vito Mistretta This is the most unscrupulous company advertising there used transmissions on the internet at
. I looked up a transmission found this company advertising the transmission as NEW. I call and spoke to Jim. Jim verified the transmission and I discussed shipping with him. He told me it would take 3 – 4 days for my new transmission to arrive. To my horror it took more than a week and a half and when it did arrive it was a USED transmission. I called them back and explained my situation and Jim said he would send me the correct NEW transmission and reimburse me for some of the rental car charges incurred. To this day I sit waiting for them to come pick up their greasy used transmission with a rusty torque converter in it with the last 3 digits of the junk car’s id number in a blue marker on it.
