Very rude and unprofessional. The person I talked to on March 12, 2022 was confrontational and kept interrupting me when I was trying to get a billing issue resolved. I've been a client of State Farm for over 40 years and this agency is by far the rudest and most unhelpful agency I've dealt with in all that time. I had to call the main office to get my issue resolved.
