Pleased with the serviced received. Dropped off the dumpster at the time I designated. Driver was courteous. I liked the fact I did not have to be home when dumpster needed to be picked up. Would use them again, no hassles!

I was having my roof replaced and needed a 20 cubic foot dumpster. I only knew of WM, but when I compared prices, TDI was $ 62 cheaper. I was concerned because I had never had the need for this before. I placed my order online and paid online a week ahead. The day before it was due to arrive, I called TDI and confirmed my delivery for the next afternoon. The driver called early the next morning and asked if he could drop it off earlier. By 7:30 a.m. I had the key piece of my roofing project and could breathe easier. The driver was friendly and fast and told me he’d be back in seven days. The roof was completed in one day. I called TDI on Sunday afternoon and left a message asking to pickup the dumpster the next day, concerned I would not be able to get to my garage for several more days. Lo and behold, the driver arrived early the next morning and picked up the dumpster within minutes! I couldn’t be happier with TDI ! From the ease of the website to the efficiency and friendliness of their office staff to the dumpster drive, they are #1 in my book! Highly recommend!

If you are shopping online trying to figure out which dumpster to buy based upon the dimensions, Don’t! I am no mathematician, but I know when footage is off. The dumpster that I received was two feet shorter in width and length, and the height didn’t compensate for all of that. It says dimensions may vary because they really don’t know the dimensions. I called and was told that with the new containers, their dimensions may not match the website. So the fact that they don’t know was spoken directly to me. They will charge if you go over a line that is not even at the very top
though a couple of feet were added there. So you move the footage around, and I cannot even use it all. Width and length are everything when you talk about long bushes and shrubs. Well, buyer beware because the dumpster that you order, may not be the dumpster received.

they brought me a dumpster 2 times. once when i needed it and the second because someone complained about a pile by my house and i had to spend the bucks a second time, not appreciated, but they are very nice to deal with and they pick them up right away too.
