I ordered a couple of pizzas for carry out. One was incorrect but they caught the mistake themselves and had an additional pizza in the oven when I arrived to correct the issue. That’s ok, stuff happens. But while waiting at the cash register area for a few minutes I noticed very sloppy practices in the kitchen. No one was wearing hair nets or even a hat like I see at most pizza huts. The gal cutting pizzas kept touching her hair to get it out of her face. One guy rested his forearm inside a pizza box to reach something and then put someone’s food in that box. The guy making the pizza was texting between orders but I’m sure his phone was clean right? A quality shift manager should have been on top of these things but I couldn’t identify a manager anyway. My food ended up being good, but I’m a little concerned about returning. Although I didn’t dine in on this visit the dining room looked neat and clean.

Ordered pick up. Had three pizzas. One cheese, one ham & pineapple and one pepperoni & pineapple. At pickup they show you the pizza make sure you like:). Pizza was okay. Not great. Maybe should have ordered the pan.
