STAYAWAY! They are the worst. My home warranty company(HSA) set me up with them. Took a MONTH to get my fridge fixed. Part was supposed to take 7 – 10 days. Receptionist always sounds annoyed and is unresponsive. I had to follow up myself every day to find out the status on my fridge part. When I contacted HSA to complain, she magically called with the part and an appt time hours later.(When I complained to technician about her, his ‘defense’(?) or explaination was that she was the only one in company not in the family…) Technician finally arrived to say he had the wrong part! He then sounded like he was on a personal call and when he hung up, explained that the owner(aka brother or dad) told him it was actually the right part. He then tried to get me to ok him ordering more new parts before they went bad for a fairly new fridge — felt like he wanted to get more work from warranty company or something. I just wanted him OUT of my house. Kept repeating himself and I had to finally tell him to just leave.
