Dr. Pham is very professional and patient. He took time to find the best fit for my contacts and explained everything to me in detail. He wrote a prescription for the contacts I wanted. There was no pressure by the sales team to buy my contacts from them. Bought into their 3 year club for $ 99. Worth it.

Brought my Daughter Ellie in for an exam and it was her first real eye exam. The staff at this location are extremely nice and extremely good at their jobs! This place is efficient and effective, in a world where time is precious I truly appreciate it. My daughter was nervous and everybody treated her with such a soothing attitude, it was great. i will recommend you guys and I will be back should we need more glasses, thank you.

The worst place I have ever been. The warranty is not any good. They would not replace a cracked lens and said I would have to pay for and it still had a week or more left. And then they would not replace it with out me paying for a new eye exam. So I will be going somewhere else from now on and so will everyone else I know or talk to.

Worse worse place ever… Old man Dr. Is mean and wouldn’t help me at all. I told him that I want the same prescription on both eyes bcos i dont feel comfortable and he wouldn’t help. Waste my $ 100 buck.

Came for an eye appt today, and saw Dr. Gazdeck. As an aside, the tech was very efficient and professional. She did all the exams, and explained everything well. Dr. Gazdeck was very thorough and explained everything to me. Does not have the feel of a corporate clinic, would come here again! I did not need glasses so I can’t comment on that.

In general, I hear mixed reviews about the «sales side» of this store. On the «medical side», I have a very positive experience with Dr. Gazdeck. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He listened to my needs and met them. The eye exam is pretty efficient. On the sales side, you can’t beat the price for the glasses. I didn’t buy a pair of glasses, nor was I pressured to do so.
