This would have been my first time using this company. The service I received in the beginning with scheduling an appointment was great but the actual service appointment itself horrible. IT NEVER HAPPENED! I called the morning of to confirm my own appointment and at that time I was told I would be bumped to another time slot due to being under staffed which was no biggie. That time slot approached which was a 10 – 12 window. I didn’t hear anything until I CALLED again around 11:30. Then I received a call at 1:21 (out of the window) stating that the tech would be there in about 35min. I leave work to be there on time and to sit there for an HOUR and HALF and the tech was a no show. I called the main office number and left messages and still at 3:40 have not received a response. Needless to say first impressions are lasting impressions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don’t deserve business if this is what they have to offer.
