Bianucci Salon & Spa

I went to this salon once and I will never go back again. The sad part is that it has nothing to do with the stylists and EVERYTHING to do with the owner. Initially, I thought she was local hired help behind the desk, but it didnt take long to learn otherwise… because thats all she does is talk about herself… LOUDLY!
I walked in and instead of greeting me, she continued to engage in the way more significant doctor that was waiting for his son to get his haircut. While there, I heard about all of her vacations, money, her pathetic husband… and the list goes on. But remember, she wasnt even my stylist!
I have since had conversation with others who have gone to Bianucci’s and all have had the same experience. When in the business of customer service, the customer should not leave feeling anxious and with a headache.
Never again.

The Owner of this salon, April Bianucci is a psycho that will talk about you in a horrible way to other clients. She didnt know I was the sister of a client she had earlier in the week and she was talking so much crap about her to me and other customers. she CANT cut hair… so if your looking for a good cut… DONT SEE HER!!!
