I took a large area rug in for them to clean a couple weeks ago and even though it was pretty huge (14 feet by 14 feet) they did a excellent job of making it look pretty much brand new. Also, it was almost a shag rug quality fiber which I kinda had my doubts about them being able to do a deep clean on but there again I was pleasently surprised.
When all was said and done it did cost about 350 $ to have it cleaned and that was after they applied a 25% discount due to the fact that I brought it in to their warehouse myself. So the price was a little steep but the quality of work was definitely worth the extra dollars.
Also, once the rug was done and ready to be picked up they rolled it up and wrapped it up in a protective sheet of paper so it both made it easier to transport and kept unwanted dist or pollen off. In addition to that, I mentioned that I needed a no skid floor mat for another small rug in the house that was sliding around on me and the gentleman who was helping me out threw in a very nice square of padding for free. That’s one of the little «extra effort» deals that always seems to leave customers (especially this one) with a warm fuzzy.
