Dulce Alterations

This is the alteration shop that Poffie Girls Bridal Shop recommended when I bought my wedding dress. After paying $ 360 up front in alterations, the only thing she got right was the hem and the french bustle. She was suppose to take in the bust as I am a B cup… she even pinned it at the first fitting, however the dress wasn’t taken it. I could fit my entire fist between the dress and my breast. Her solution was to add more and more padding, and when that didn’t work, pulled the straps up so tight, they were literally digging into me and the bust was pointing up. after an hour, she finally said there was nothing else she could do, it was just how the dress was made. After all, she had already been paid in full. Thank goodness for Poffie Girls stepped up to the plate when I called them. They had me come to the store and they had 2 people who pinned darts in the bust to be taken in. They are even fixing her mistakes, like how she nearly detached the straps by pulling on them so hard. Why they recommend this place is a mystery to me, but I want to warn others of my very poor experience here
