Grant Exterminating

First time we used this company was when we had a yellow jacket nest on our property. Service tech came out and did a great job, well enough in fact, that we decided to let them replace our other exterminating company. Didn’t go well. We evidently got the new guy because he left some sort of orange goop in the corners of several windows. He also left trap, traps I said, on our kitchen counters! I mean who does that? Of course I called and sure enough the person I spoke with said that wasn’t what he should have done. We said we’d like to schedule another time for someone with a little more experience to come out and make sure we were properly service. Never received a confirmation on when that person was coming out. Someone called and said they were going to be at our house in 10 min. Unacceptable. I said we needed more time than, not to mention it was about 8:30 am. Never was able to get them to come back out. So we called and were met with one of the most rude people I have ever encountered. She said flatly that they had canceled our account. Bottom line is that this company needs better organizational skills and certainly a better representative answering the phone.
