Ok so this isn’t a review of the store bc everyone knows what a Hobby Lobby store is and they are all the same. This is a review of the employees. Now, I’ve only been in this one 3 or 4 times but the workers there have absolutely no customer service skill. They sigh when you come up with a return and tonight didn’t even reply when I said «Thank you». Aren’t they suppose to say thank you? The lady over in fabrics doesn’t seem to want to get eye contact in case she might actually have to help you. There was one guy as I was leaving that said good night and be safe and I was floored bc no one else on any other visits seemed to have a tiny bit of a personality. I wish I would have gotten his name bc he needs to be in charge of this place.
