Visited this store’s customer service area to pick-up a digital frame I purchased online with rewards. Was surprised the cashier’s records indicated the product wasn’t in stock. After waiting a bit, I was told the product had been locked up following my purchase and simply had to wait for them to locate the item in a cage. While it wasn’t the best shopping experience, I did walk away with the product I purchased online and my drive from Ballantyne wasn’t a total waste. For this, I give the store 3 stars.
