I think all Ross stores have seriously tanked and this one is no exception. Lots of empty racks, lotions and soaps open and half used. Some of the dressing room doors don’t close properly and the staff is chilly. Of course I scored an awesome sweater for 12 bucks but it is a little depressing shopping here.

Kinda like a stripped down TJ Maxx but without the ambience/​warm lighting. I was warmly greeted by a 120 lb teenager wearing a black uniform and vest that said «Loss Prevention» (very intimidating). Women’s, Men’s and Children’s clothing sections. Housewares, Home Furnishings and Toys. The prices are decent and competetive with TJ Maxx but the displays/​aisles seemed a bit messy. Employees appeared to be spending most of their time reshopping items back to their «homes». Pretty decent selection of merchandise but I didn’t find enough to make it worth waiting in the enormous «two weeks until Christmas» line.
