Worst pharmacy I have had to do business with. Every time I have had any need to get my medication it takes hours to get help. They take three or more minutes to answer the phone, then the person, (doesn’t mater who you speak with by the way) they don’t seem to realize that they are at work, the person requesting assistance needs well, just that. I don’t expect anything other than courtesy, professional attitude and a basic knowledge of what is needed to fill my prescription. Unfortunately the Walmart at Franklin is not able nor do they seem to have the desire to fulfill these duties.

Well at least they’re making money hand over fist. Pharmacy is always packed with customers … and grossly understaffed! 8 pm on a Thursday night and it was pure misery. Left and went to the CVS on Union — no waiting there. The best option is Moss Drug but if you need an Rx after 8 pm, that’s not feasible.
Oh and this is the worst intersection in Gastonia so it’s a real pain getting in & out of here.

This is NOT a 24 hour pharmacy. It should not be listed as such. It’s a 24 hour place to buy milk and greeting cards.

theyre extremely rude and my grandmother has gotten medicine at least 3 times that had another individuals name on the prescription. avoid this place

We’re switching our prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is the third time they’ve screwed up our prescriptions and I’ve gotten sick of doing their job for them. The pharmacists are now running on a «do whatever it takes to get in and out» methodology, and that methodology causes mistakes that shouldn’t happen in a pharmacy. Their attitude completely stinks, and this last time we even CALLED AHEAD to make absolutely certain they hadn’t screwed things up and somehow they managed to screw things up between the call and the five-​minute car ride over (or they didn’t even bother to check during the call!) I’ve gone without vital blood pressure medication for DAYS because of these people, and quite honestly, enough is enough. I’ll be getting my medication from Target or CVS, starting tomorrow morning.

This store was extremely rude and blunt. My mother and aunt were purchasing household items and medicine from pharmacy, as they were leaving they were stopped and verbally abused. The woman at the cash register accused them of stealing a $ 2.99 back scratcher, she was also told to find exactly where she laid it down. She found the item to prove her innocence and the associate told her «At night we have to put this back so people shouldn’t place things in the wrong place» … This place was rude and indecent to their customers.
