The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I was trying to view their pricing list, which isn’t possible or listed if your searching from your iPhone or Galaxy so I tried calling my location(gates). Heads up, good luck with that! I sat on hold for 37mins, got fed up and hit option #2 which is having a rep call you back. I received a call back ½ hour later & it was some women from a call center in Kentucky! Really? For a tanning salon? Well the women on the phone didn’t have a clue nor did she have the nessasary information needed at her finger tips to help answer the questions I had. All i wanted to know was the pricing for the«instant bed» per visit, per week(which they dont offer) and per month. Here’s where it gets good, the lady told me that it was $ 7 per visit for the instant bed which was completely wrong. Seeing as I’ve been here before I knew that price wasn’t correct. I said«that can’t be right, they should have different price points for each upgraded bed & $ 7 must be for the cheapest bed». Do you wanna hear her response…“ohh, so what should the cost be & how would I find that out”!!! Are you serious… I’m the customer, YOU should know the answer! I mean if your gonna hire a call center to take your customer calls, at least set them up for success. Well seeing as she was use less I went into my location in person. I recently had purchased a 1 month membership that had expired the week before but seeing as I have a wedding coming up, wanted to tan a few extra times. I paid the previous month in cash & when the girl asked for my debit card to put on file, I asked why. She told me it was mandatory to have & nothing would ever be charged to it seeing as my month was paid for. Still a bit skeptical, I gave it to her & trusted the information given was truthful/correct…wrong! The girl at the counter told me the previous employee enlisted me in their«flex plan» and a «monthly payment» on $ 79.99 had been taken out of my account as of March 1st. I was livid! I didn’t agree to ANY automatic payments to be withdrawld from my account, especially one that I wasn’t advised of. If the girl had just mentioned that a payment would be taken out each month in the 1st place I would have never of agreed and if I haddnt of gone in their, I wouldn’t have even know that I was charged for another month of tanning until I checked my bank statement! Needless to say, if you want good service, people who work at the salon who you can phone in too, are knowledgeable about their job, doesn’t have outrageous pricing and beds that are fantastic(if not better) go to Maximum. The girls there are great and know what the heck their doing. Sorry Sun Tan City but word of mouth is strong these days so i suggest you guys get it together. Bottom line: unprofessional and poorly trained.

This was my first time at this location and it is now definitely one of my favorites. The salon is brand new and super clean. The staff was not as knowledgable as I would have liked but I am a tanning regular so I knew what I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this salon for Sun Tan City regulars! They have a lot of great beds and upgrades.

Love this locations. All new beds and VersaPro Spray Tan. The staff is always nice and helpful and location is always clean. Highly recommend Vicky Yearly Birthday Special that usually comes out around June — Great deal.
