Dear Cupids Petals… Is the email address on listed on your website correct or active? If not, you need to update your website. Do you check your email? I emailed to ask for information and allowed for a couple days to respond. Its not always easy for me to make calls during my work hours. Seemed easy enough, right? I never received a response to that email which is pretty poor customer service. Why list an email if you can’t or won’t respond to it. I finally called and one person I spoke with gave the impression they were hurried and passed me off to another person. They also seemed rushed. Not unfriendly exactly, just seemed to want to hurry the call along due the short responses to my questions. It didn’t make a good impression.

I don’t know why the address on Unilocal is different from the websites but to clarify I went to Cupids Petals at 849 Glades Road. My friend(a florist by trade) wanted to make my wedding bouquet so we came here. The staff was very helpful. They showed her around their cooler and made some recommendations. Since it was raining they made sure we knew we could pull up the car in the rear and walk out the back. It’s in a shopping center area so you can’t park directly in front of it.
